Can not connect to host using dial up connection to Internet. But will connect with broadband.?

You can connect to the internet with dial up but can

NOT view web pages or receive e-mails.

When you connect with broadband EVERYTHING is OK.

I need to use both ways to connect to the internet.

You have a DNS problem, most likely. It is impossible to diagnose without details.
