123 reg are good for domains. http://www.123-reg.co.uk

UK web for hosting. http://www.ukwebgroup.com/

You can buy your domain with 123 reg and do what is called a soft transfer to uk web so they can host it for you. You need uk web server information and cut and paste this in 123. Simple. No cost for soft transfer.
