I%26#039;m looking for a web hosting company, in the uk or elsewhere, that accepts paypal as a form of payment (I currently don%26#039;t own a debit or credit card). I%26#039;d like to make a one-off payment to cover all web hosting costs for a year, instead of paying monthly bills.

Also essential: Linux server with perl installed, cgi-enabled, and the possibility to access my user account by SSH console.
